By setting your company colors and logo in the monthly reports you send to your clients, you generate more trust and improve your branding. Here's how to personalize your monthly reports:

In the top corner of the home page, click on the icon ⚙ to access the system's Advanced Settings.

In Appearance you can edit the colors of your brand or company by entering the information in Color change.

To insert light or dark versions of your logo, upload your file in Logo change, then Save.

In the menu on the right, customize how you send your customers an e-mail with a monthly report on energy generation.

In the top corner of the home page, click on the icon ⚙ to access the system's advanced settings.

In the top corner of the home page, E-mail and notifications activate the option to send monthly reports automatically to your customers emails.

Customize the Email introductory text for your customers. Don't forget to Save it.

In the GDash system, your customers' plants are centralized on a single platform, optimizing their monitoring and facilitating their access to the inverter manufacturers' portals.

Go to https://app.gdash.energy/, go to Integrations and search for the manufacturers you use

Click on "✚" to Add your credential for the selected manufacturer's portal and fill in the information with the same login and password you use for the manufacturer's portal.

Finish by clicking on Add credential

You can access the manufacturer's portal directly via GDash. Find out how:

Go to https://app.gdash.energy/ and Integrations and on the portals page, search for the manufacturers you use

On the card referring to your preferred portal, click on the manufacturer's Company Name and access the desired portal

Clicking on the profile icon in the top right-hand corner will bring up a mini-window with the user's name, profile picture and e-mail address. Simply click on "My profile" to access the user's full details.

After editing the data, simply scroll down till you find this image and finalize the change by clicking on "save".

On the GDash homepage you can view the status of your UFV's

After selecting the UFV, you will have an overview of its data and can analyze the status of your inverter:

| If the Plant Status is "#OK" , the UFV and its inverter are working properly and as expected.

To analyze the current status of your UFV, click on Current on the plant you want to analyze. Once this is done, you will see the data graphically displaying the accumulated power according to the nominal power of the inverter(s). If you have 2 or more inverters, the graph will represent them in new columns.

You can also analyze the status of your plant using the map feature in the left-hand taskbar on the home page. Simply click on the Map icon. This way, you can see the location of all your UFVs on the map, with their respective statuses.
