How do I receive alerts about my calls in GDash?



In order to receive alerts about tickets in your e-mail, you first need to activate the option to receive them.
To do this, simply go to the "Account Settings" page and then click on "Users".





You will then need to click on the desired client to be directed to the user account and then click on the 3 dots then "Informations".



After that, simply select "Email options", activate the call option and save.
