1- How to request help from the GDASH support team?

Simply click on the "help" button in the top right-hand corner of the screen and then click on "contact us", as in the example below:






When you do this, a pop-out chat window will appear on your screen. Simply start the chat via the message box and follow the instructions given by the chat itself to access communication with our GDash support team.
